On April 11, Tinsley shared the snap on Instagram. In the image, which was taken in 2005, Tinsley has golden curls, and even more golden ringlets. Dripping in bejeweled gold bling, she also had on a dress by Heatherette that looks like something an '80s mermaid might wear to prom. On her feet, the The Real Housewives of New York City fashion plate wore white Mary-Jane heels with socks.
