Get the Details on Bethenny Frankel's Connecticut Home She's Selling for $3.375M
The Real Housewives of New York City alum is selling the newly-renovated 5-bedroom home she reportedly purchased last year.
Over the last year, Bethenny Frankel has been documenting plenty of time spent at her Hamptons abode as well as quick trips to her New York City apartment. As it turns out, The Real Housewives of New York City alum has also been utilizing her Greenwich, Connecticut house (from which she recently Zoom-ed into a Marie Claire interview) as she prepares to say goodbye to the abode.
According to a TMZ report earlier this month, Bethenny recently put the 4,698-square-foot home on the market for $3,375,000. The house, which she reportedly purchased last year for $2.1 million, boasts five bedrooms, a gorgeous backyard with a pool, and multiple fireplaces.
Us Weekly reports that a walk-in closet complete with built-in shelving for handbags and shoes was one of Bethenny's personal touches during the renovation process of the house. According to the listing, other major updates done this year include the kitchen, mudroom, mechanicals, lighting, and baths.
This is the latest of several real estate moves Bethenny has made over the last few years. In February 2020, she sold her Bridgehampton home for $2.28 million after more than a year and a half on the market. Just one month prior, she parted ways with her SoHo condo for $3.65 million.
In 2019, the same year she purchased a Boston townhouse with now-fiancé Paul Bernon, Bethenny opened up to Yahoo! Finance about buying and selling houses. “The best piece of real estate advice I’ve ever received is, don’t worry about taking your losses on a sell," she said at the time. "Worry about getting a really great deal on the buy, and in this market right now, that’s really the best thing.”
“I’m just a person who executes and pushes through," she added. "If I hit a door, I go through the window.”
