What happens when a hostess, a writer, and a vegetarian chef vacation in the Berkshires? Now we know. Dorinda Medley recently invited The Real Housewives of New York City alum Carole Radziwill and her former beau (and current good friend) Adam Kenworthy to Blue Stone Manor, and the trio captured snippets of their sunny fun on Instagram Stories.
First, there was food — and plenty of it. Adam's Stories showed Dorinda expertly carving up a watermelon and skewering the fruit for her guests (Adam ordered a double watermelon stick). The hostess even offered a tip for summer entertaining during her melon demo: "You could actually carve it up and put, like, berries in the middle."
The gang also had a candlelit dinner on the patio, and farm-to-table fare has never looked so good. As she gazed upon the herbed cucumbers, arugula, and pasta salad, Dorinda mused: "I'm officially being pushed to be a vegetarian. I just sneak to my mother's house once a week, to have a steak."
When they weren't noshing on fruits and veggies, the group was relaxing in Dorinda's pool. Photos showed Carole, Dorinda, and Dorinda's daughter, Hannah, riding giant floating clamshells and lounging beside the sparkling turquoise water.
Fun in the sun wasn't only for the human guests: As the RHONY-famous dog Baby rolled around in the grass outside the manor, Adam asked: "Baby, are you living your best life?" The question, of course, was rhetorical.
