The Real Housewives of New York City aerobics instructor's wellness and self-care routine involves sessions with a trainer and veggie-packed post-workout lunches. Over the past few years, she's been quick to share snaps from the gym, including a glimpse of her upper body workout and cut arms. She's also tried out the most high-tech toning techniques like Bravoleb-approved treatment Emsculpt.

This past week, Dorinda's been showing the results of all of her healthy living: She took a selfie in a sports bra to show off her abs, and now she's sharing another milestone.

"A lot of hard work but my waist is down 4 inches (well really a little under but I'm giving the extra to myself)," she wrote on Instagram Stories as she danced around in a Boomerang looking super excited about her fitness progress.

The Dooorobics instructor also showed off her legs in an epic pair of thigh-high boots and a sleeveless turtleneck mini dress, looking like a total bombshell.
