Leah McSweeney Reveals Details About Her New Apartment & Future Real Estate Plans
The Real Housewives of New York City fashion mogul recently relocated to a beautiful apartment — and she’s already thinking about her next move.
Throughout the past couple years, Leah McSweeney has "upgraded" her living situation multiple times. In 2020, she excitedly shared that she moved into a new apartment, and the following year she relocated once again, writing in an August 2021 Instagram Story, "Today is the big day."
In a recent interview with BravoTV.com, The Real Housewives of New York City fashion mogul opened up about the decision to say goodbye to the gorgeous apartment shown in the video above. "I'd been living there during the pandemic, and it was, like, closing in on me, and I had the ability and the means to move into a bigger apartment. And I was like OK, I think this should happen now," she said, noting her new digs are in the same neighborhood, NYC's Financial District. "We're happy. We're good. All things are good."
It's unlikely this move will be her last, as Leah is now considering a major real estate decision for her next home.
"I tend to move a lot, to be honest," she said. "But I think the next time I move, I'm probably going to buy something."
Although she may have to live in "a little bit of a smaller apartment" if she buys instead of rents, Leah explained that "it's probably better" to own it. As it turns out, she has already kicked off the process of becoming an apartment owner. "I started talking to a broker and everything," she shared. "And now I'm like, ‘Oh my God.’ It's a lot."
