For Ramona Singer, 2020 is all about ch-ch-changes. Last year, The Real Housewives of New York City entrepreneur sold her longtime Upper East Side apartment (for $4 million!) and moved downtown. “Goodbye East 80th, hello 60s! My last sunset," Ramona said back in June, while filming out the window on her last day in the home where she lived for 22 years. "But I'm going to have better ones from my new apartment!"
And while she loves her new digs, Ramona is not staying put in 2020. After less than a year in that abode, she has decided to stay in the same building, but is going to be moving into a unit a few floors higher. “Simply Moving will be moving into this new apartment and they’ll be placing everything exactly the way it is downstairs,” she shared in an Instagram Live video. “But it’s going to look better because I have running wood floors! And my views are even better!”
Ramona revealed that in the new apartment, she’s putting literally everything (from her TV to her couch to her master bed) in exactly the same spot that it resides in her current apartment. What’s new about the new place? Well, for one, the parquet floors are gone and replaced by full-plank wood floors with a natural stain. Secondly, the kitchen is brand new, featuring stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances that Ramona is pretty psyched about — especially her huge fridge.
“You know I love to entertain, right? Turtle time—you need lots of ice!” she said. You sure do, Ramona! We can’t wait to see how the new place looks when it's all settled.
