RHONY's Erin Lichy Shows Off the “Sanctuary” of Her Tribeca Loft: See Inside
Interior design ace Erin Lichy put her creative stamp on her chic and airy two-floor home.
C’mon in, everybody!
Like fellow cast members of The Real Housewives of New York City, Erin Lichy took people on a guided video tour of her two-floor Tribeca loft.
“I love this area,” says the real estate and interior design ace and married mother of three. “I’m in northern Tribeca. It’s right off the water and super quiet.”

Before RHONY Season 14 premieres on July 16 at 9/8c on Bravo, take a peek inside the bi-level loft. It’s where Erin starts each morning with a healthy celery juice and takes pride in the fact that she designed the chic and airy space.
Inside Erin Lichy’s kitchen
Erin calls her kitchen “the heart of the home and the area I spend the most time in.”
“I actually designed this loft,” she said. One of the things that drew her to creating the open space “is having tons of light.”
White is the primary color throughout the dining area, kitchen, and living room on the top floor.
Beyond aesthetics, practicality is essential for Erin’s family, including husband Abraham Lichy, and their children Levi, 8, Layla, 5 and Elijah, 3
She chose a particular feature in the kitchen with her little ones in mind.
“I wanted to have a really big island so I can serve my kids,” she said. “They're rambunctious. This way I can watch what’s going on.”
Inside Erin Lichy’s master bedroom
Erin describes the lower floor as “where all the action and chaos actually happens” for her family.
As in most homes, change is constant. Levi has a new bunk bed in his room. Elijah, whose room will be used for storage, Erin explained, will take over the bottom bunk.
Steps away is the master bedroom, a cozy white space with a pop of blue from a small sofa, a quirky collection of round tables, contemporary art, and a guitar tucked into a wall notch.
“This our sanctuary,” said Erin. “Abe and I love to hang out here. The little couch is for watching movies, catching up on each other’s busy day, and having a glass of wine."
Inside Erin Lichy’s closet
Organization is key to Erin’s success at Douglas Elliman Real Estate and her interior design company Homegirl. So, it’s no shocker that Erin’s closet is meticulously curated.
Abe shares the space. His area “is much smaller,” she said, “because he doesn’t have that much stuff.”
Labeled outfits on hangers in the closet reflect Erin’s organized tendencies and help her get ready for upcoming events in no time flat.
“I like to have looks prepared,” she said. “I don’t have that much time on my hands, everything is super scheduled.”
More than keeping her clothes in order, Erin’s closets stores cherished memories, she said. A pair of shoes takes her back to her college days. A shiny clutch bag reminds her when she and Abe were a new couple.
“Fashion is just a great way to express yourself and something I love,” said Erin. “My closet had to be very good when I was designing this place.”
