Bethenny Frankel Explains Why She's Doing a Diet "Reboot," Even Though She's "Naturally Thin"
Bethenny Frankel is using nutrition to help lift herself out of a "funk." Here's what's on the menu of her #summereboot.
Bethenny Frankel could write a book on being naturally thin, and in fact, she has. (Guess what the title is?) But even though The Real Housewives of New York City business mogul appears fit, she's the first to admit that her wellness regime could use a little boost. And that's why she's committed to a summer reboot.
In her Instagram Stories, Bethenny shared the inspiration behind her new lifestyle. "I'm going to explain the summer reboot thing I've been doing on Twitter," she said. "I finished a seven-year trial, lost someone important to me, and almost lost my own life, and so I got into a funk. And I decided to pull myself out, and bring some of you along with me."
Bethenny continued, "So even though I'm thin, I'm not in great shape because I really just do yoga whenever I can and beach walk. But I haven't made being super healthy and feeling good and having a positive attitude about it a priority."
That's all changing now, and part of Bethenny's reboot involves eating clean, whole foods with ingredients she can pronounce. What's on the menu?
On day one of her #summerreboot, the New York 'Wife snapped photos of two dishes she was tucking into. The first: Avocado toast with poached egg on top. (Aha. So it's only avocado toast from a truck that really gets Bethenny's goat.) Next, she shared a snap of some veggie-packed gazpacho.
