If you haven’t heard by now, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Heather Dubrow has been giving extensive tours of her fabulous home Dubrow Chateau on her wildly popular YouTube channel Heather’s Closet. Recently, she’s taken viewers out of the home and through her luxe garage (yes, garage) and her resort-like back yard area, which has a pool, dining space, and a kitchen. Now, she's giving us a look at her garden.

You didn’t think Heather would fail to make it as nice as the rest of the place, did you? Not with all that California sunshine beaming down. It’s gorgeous, planted with citrus trees, herbs, fruits and vegetables, and flowers.

“I love having an edible garden. It’s so cool to be able to grow things, pick them, eat them, and it really actually tastes better when you grow them in your own garden,” Heather said, showing off some of her strawberries, along with her tomatoes and sunflowers.

“This section is our herb section. We have thyme and sage, Italian parsley and basil. It’s really nice to have fresh herbs to cook with. Not that I cook but you know," she continued.

And what does Heather love most about the garden? Fresh mint!

“When I was a little girl growing up, my mom grew mint out in the yard and it just always reminds me of home and summer. She used to make fresh lemonade and put mint in it.”

And even though her citrus trees have been slow to bear fruit, she does manage to pluck a lemon out of one. “It’s good for a cocktail,” she notes. No doubt. Catch the entire tour in the video below and be sure to tune into the RHOC season premiere on August 6 at 9/8c.
