It's no secret that Shannon Beador is at the top of her fitness game. After months of cleaning up her diet and working out with a trainer, The Real Housewives of Orange County pal is a fabulous-looking testament to the power of a healthy lifestyle. Or, as Tamra Judge recently put it while sharing a snap of her gorgeous friend, "See what healthy diet and exercise does." 

Tamra and Shannon — reunited at last! — recently got all dolled up for a holiday luncheon. For the event, Shannon wore a velvet-flocked dress by Saint Laurent. With a deep V-neck and a fitted silhouette, the festive frock showed off Shannon's svelte frame. And, true to form, Shannon promised that she wouldn't wear the designer purchase only once:
