It's a question Tamra Judge gets a lot: How did she get a booty like that? In the past, The Real Housewives of Orange County fitness buff has kindly filled us in on the moves she uses to lift and tone. And now, she's spilling even more booty tea (boo-tea?).

In a series of recent Instagram Stories, Tamra answered fans' questions about her physique. One follower asked: "Did you always have a great ass, or did it only get that way from working out?" (Ha!) Tamra's response? "I've always had a booty. Weight training has helped." 

Someone else wrote in to ask: "How do you get motivated to exercise?" The 'Wife shared that she actually enjoys working out, and always has. "You have to find something you like make it a priority and be consistent," she shared. 

And speaking of consistency, Tamra told another fan: "My weight has been same for years 115-118." The Orange County pal continued: "I've changed by body composition by [lowering] my fat and increasing muscle and that fluctuates depending on how I'm eating. More protein I get solid less I get soft. My workout stays consistent." 

Tamra's not the only Bravoleb who puts in sweat sessions in the name of shaping her derriere. Vanderpump Rules' Lala Kent has said of her fitness goals: "I've wanted a thick ass and thick thighs for a really long time."
