Now that Rick Leventhal has moved in with Kelly Dodd, the Fox News senior correspondent is proving his skills as a handyman.
First, Kelly's crafty fiancé equipped their California bathroom with a towel bar and a towel shelf. (Both were perfectly level, thank you very much.) Now, The Real Housewives of Orange County husband-to-be is trying his hand at furniture assembly, presumably in the New York City apartment where he and Kelly are self-isolating.
In a March 23 Instagram post, Rick shared a peek inside a room decked with light wood floors, a TV, and a bench swathed in black-and-white stripes. At the time of the post, the space had become a temporary workspace — and Rick was getting down to business with some Ikea instruction manuals and a few dozen pieces of wood.
"Sheltering at home means I have time to assemble some new furniture," he wrote. The newsman thanked Kelly for helping him out, and gave Ikea a shoutout "for braving the elements to deliver my cabinets."
