See Every Fabulous Detail of Heather Dubrow's Hollywood-Themed Christmas Decor
The RHOC cast member said she came up with the concept months ago: "Is that so perfect for this iconic house?"
Although she no longer decorates for Halloween, Heather Dubrow goes all out once the Christmas season rolls around. And we mean all out.
After sharing several peeks at her 2023 holiday decor, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom gifted fans with a video tour of her decorated Beverly Hills home, aka “Dubrow 90210.” Heather revealed that this year’s theme was “Hollywood movies,” which was quite fitting, as the property was previously owned by Tinseltown legends, like producer Dino De Laurentiis.
“I was on a plane a few months ago and it came to me: ‘Oh my gosh, we’re gonna do a Hollywood movie theme in the house!” she said in the December 16 YouTube video. “Is that so perfect for this iconic house?”
Heather and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, purchased the Beverly Hills mansion over the summer after selling their famed “Chateau Dubrow” property. The couple resides in the home with their four children: 19-year-old son, Nick, and his twin sister, Max; 16-year-old daughter, Kat; and 12-year-old son, Ace.

Heather began the home tour in the foyer, which was decorated with beautiful pre-lit garland around the staircase and two large Christmas trees with gold, silver, and black baubles, as well as gold filmstrips instead of traditional ribbon.
“What I’m really loving about this entire thing is that it’s actually pretty simple and yet it’s so incredibly elaborate,” she said. “And these trees we have used for several years. They may be getting a little tired and sparse, like their owners. So I think next year we might have to refresh. We need a tree facelift.”
The space also featured a table with a gold vintage-style movie camera, old-fashioned megaphones, and a clapboard. There was also a row of director chairs, which were customized with a family member’s name as well as the Dubrow logo.
“Everyone knows I love a monogram and a logo, so no disappointment here,” Heather said before heading into the dining room.

The eating area was decked out with a Christmas tree and a lush garland over the fireplace, where Heather also displayed Christmas stockings for her family pets: the dogs George and Rocky, and the cat Vincent. She continued the Hollywood theme by transforming the dining table into a concession stand that included a wide variety of gourmet snacks and candies. Heather also set up a small popcorn machine, which served as a little nod to her family’s previous home.
“When asked what I miss the most about Chateau Dubrow, I know you all think it’s the closet or my Champagne doorbell but, honestly, it’s the movie theater,” she said while highlighting the popcorn-maker. “That was such a special place to watch a movie. Now going to the AMC (theater), it’s just not the same. I know, poor me, cry me a river.”
Heather then showed off her three-foot-tall advent calendar, which was topped off by a miniature Hollywood sign. The mother of four confirmed this year’s piece was a punch box design that contained a carefully curated selection of presents.
“Certain nights of the month have special gifts in them,” she explained. “For example, Ace’s birthday is on the 13th, so the 13th punch box is really catered towards him and his birthday. And on the 24th it’s one of our family traditions to go out to dinner and we come back home and we make reindeer food and we go sprinkle it outside. We then put on our Christmas pajamas and we do Secret Santa... and the punch box on the 24th has to do with [this year's] Christmas pajamas."
Heather Dubrow adds nostalgic charm to her family room
Heather concluded the video inside her home’s family room, where she displayed old-fashioned TV sets with stills from classic holiday programs and movies. She also decorated the room with the family’s stockings, bright holly, and a few throw pillows shaped like peppermint candies.
“It’s so cozy in here and so fun,” she said before turning toward the family tree. “These are all ornaments that have been gathered over the years — some the kids have picked out and some that I buy for them, depending on what’s going on in their lives. There’s [one for] when they got their driver’s licenses, when we got Vincent… all little things that remind us of special trips that we’ve taken together and special moments we’ve had as a family. I just love that when I walk by this tree, every ornament I see on here reminds me of one of the kids or something we did that was really special.”
Where does Heather Dubrow live now?
In 2022, Heather and Terry sold the “Chateau Dubrow” for $55 million. The spouses later purchased an LA penthouse and a property in Beverly Hills. Although the Dubrow family has ties in Los Angeles, they’re still residents of Orange County, a misconception that Heather cleared up herself in an April 2023 interview with The Wrap.
“We are actually still living in Orange County. Our kids go to school there. We’re still in Orange County,” she told the new outlet.
On the Season 17 finale of RHOC, Heather revealed that she and Terry moved into a rental home in Orange County after briefly lodging in a hotel. "Thank goodness Josh and Heather Altman found us this rental," she said during the episode. "We took a six-month lease because it's the middle of the school year, and Terry's practice is in Orange County, so we're pretty dug in here in OC."
