Get a New Look Inside Heather & Terry Dubrow’s “Perfect” Los Angeles Penthouse
The RHOC cast member shared new details about the apartment she and her husband purchased last year.
Since buying their Los Angeles penthouse in 2022, Heather Dubrow and Dr. Terry Dubrow have been sharing peeks at the home in social media posts, and the video above gives a stunning new look at the living room, balcony, foyer, and bathroom.
While talking about purchasing the penthouse in the clip, which is a preview of Season 17 Episode 9 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Heather explains, “Terry and I started looking for apartments in L.A. and happened to find, like, the most perfect apartment ever.”
“This penthouse represents the first step back to a career in Hollywood,” she continues. “Orange County: sun, surf, sand, amazing. Auditions? Not so much.”
Heather also shares why she and Terry are not living in the apartment full-time. “It’s not big enough for us to move to,” she tells Tamra Judge and Jennifer Pedranti in the clip from the episode, which airs on August 2. “I was thinking of it more as like a pied-á-terre for me and Terry.”
In April, Heather spoke to The Wrap about the “misconception” that the couple had moved into their penthouse as a primary residence. “We didn’t actually move [to Century City], we bought a place there, and that’s supposed to be a place for me and Terry to live someday, like when the kids leave,” she said. “We are actually still living in Orange County. Our kids go to school there. We’re still in Orange County.”

Heather and Terry Dubrow’s New Beverly Hills Home
Heather revealed earlier this month that she and Terry just purchased another new home that they are gut-renovating.
“BREAKING NEWS! Watch out Beverly Hills, The Dubrow dream house is officially underway!” Heather captioned a July 24 Instagram post. “We are so excited to redo this legendary home (should take about 3 years…)”
She told Entertainment Tonight, “It’s so exciting! We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic Hollywood estate.”

Heather Dubrow's Penthouse
Heather opened up a bit more about her new penthouse in an Instagram post she shared on August 23 (the same day RHOC Season 17, Episode 11 aired), writing, "GRAB YOUR CHAMPS! RHOC is back [this past Wednesday] and this episode is… a lot. BUT - it’s also the episode where Terry [Dubrow] and I get possession of our new LA apartment! The only way I can describe it is that we felt like newlyweds again! You can see a little peek of our apartment in this photo [here] but you’ll see a lot more in [the] episode so get ready for that AND get ready for the chaos…"
Heather Dubrow's House in Orange County
In October 2022, Heather confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that she and Terry had sold their home. According to ET, the sale price was $55 million. Earlier this season on RHOC (Season 17, Episode 9), it was revealed that Josh Altman was involved in the sale. You can read more about that here.
