Tamra Judge Opens Up About Her Mom Living with Her & Eddie: “We Got Stuck”
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member detailed the many “changes” to her living situation.
Tamra Judge is making an epic comeback to The Real Housewives of Orange County following her Season 14 departure. In the above video, which is a preview of the Season 17 premiere episode airing on June 7, the blonde beauty brings us into her home, which underwent a full renovation back in 2020.
In addition to seeing the beautiful details of Tamra’s home in Ladera, California, we also get a little update on her and her husband Eddie Judge’s living situation. The California mom gives a refresher on their home-related timeline over the past couple of years as well as some details about a very special houseguest.
Where Is Tamra Judge Living?
“There [have] been lots of changes in the Judge household,” Tamra states in a confessional. “At the beginning of the pandemic, we got an offer on our house in [Coto de Caza] that we just couldn’t pass up. So we moved back to the Ladera house and totally remodeled it.”
As BravoTV.com reported in 2020, the Judges made a number of changes to the place, including updated touches in the bathroom, living room, and kitchen as well as a transformed outdoor space.
Tamra’s Mother, Sandy, Is Living with Her and Eddie
Tamra mentions another update in the above clip: Her mother, Sandy, recently moved in with her and Eddie.
“Our original thought was [that] we’ll stay there until [my daughter] Sophia got out of high school and then move on to bigger and better. And then… we got stuck with Sandy,” Tamra reveals during the confessional.
She continues: “I sold my mom’s condo, and she moved into our casita. We’re counting down the days until she leaves but… I don’t think it’s anytime soon.”
How Are They All Living Together?
The family unit seems to be doing quite well together, but there is a little bit of an issue for Tamra.
“We have to have a conversation […] because David’s been spending the night a lot lately, I’ve noticed his car out there,” Tamra tells Sandy, referencing Sandy’s boyfriend, David. Tamra says she’s concerned about her teenage daughter, Sophia, living in such close quarters with Sandy and her boyfriend.
Although Sandy insists she and David are “very quiet” in the bedroom, Tamra and Eddie did a “moaning test” to see if they could hear any noises from Sandy’s room while situated in Sophia’s.
The result? Let’s just say the rooms may be a little too close for comfort.
“I don’t need any sexual noises coming from my 70-year-old mom into my 17-year-old daughter’s ears,” Tamra states in a confessional. When a producer asks if Sandy is a “screamer,” Tamra quips, “Like mother like daughter.”
OK, that’s a little TMI, but then again, that’s exactly why we love having Tamra back on our screens!
