Gina Kirschenheiter’s Kids Made a “Surprise Lunch for Mommy” (It Was Priceless... But Not Perfect)
The Real Housewives of Orange County mom applied the "two-second rule" when this slight snack snafu took place.
It looks like Gina Kirschenheiter is raising some rising chefs — or at least some very thoughtful children. The Real Housewives of Orange County rookie was recently on the receiving end of a surprise snack that her tots whipped up for her. And though things didn't quite go according to plan, the gesture couldn't have been sweeter.
In an April 15 Instagram Story, the Long Island native showed her grinning son ambling up the stairs with apples in his hand. "What did you guys do, you made me food?" she asked, as her other son emerged, holding a bowl of salad. "You made me a salad? With strawberries? What else in there, and carrots?"
Speaking of baby carrots, one of them tumbled out of the bowl and fell onto the floor, so Gina's son promptly picked it up and put it back into the salad. Whoops!
But the mama took it all in stride. "OK. That's the two-second rule, I guess," she said. We like her attitude.
