From the start of her pregnancy, Gretchen Rossi has focused on a healthy, nutrient-rich diet. The mama-to-be — who will meet her little princess in July — keeps superfood salads stocked in her kitchen, and she warded off first-trimester nausea with tangerines. But of course, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum also craves some snacks that aren't quite as virtuous. After all, she's only human (and pregnant!).

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

In a recent "Ask Me Anything" Q&A session on Instagram, a fan wrote in to ask Gretchen what her "worst" craving has been. The former 'Wife responded: "Worst? Not sure, but I have craved so many different things. Meat, pickles, ice cream, hot dogs, malt shakes, French fries." She added: "Basically, everything bad for you."

That's not to say that Gretchen's diet isn't still perfectly balanced. "I have been very careful to not give in to all those cravings, and I am eating a lot of spinach, fruit, chicken, salmon & salads. Hopefully I can keep it like that," she shared.

That is, if the dreams of mint chocolate chip ice cream don't totally conquer her willpower. When another fan asked if she's seen her baby girl in her dreams, Gretchen shared: "No but that would be so cool! However I am seeing mint chocolate chip ice creams in flying saucers."

Sounds like she's having sweet dreams, all right.
