New Mom Gretchen Rossi Lost 25 Pounds in 21 Days: Here's What She's Eating

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has shed 25 pounds in just over two weeks.

Motherhood is off to a sweet (and naturally, tiring) start for Gretchen Rossi. After giving birth to her daughter Skylar on July 10, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has taken to Instagram to share the highs and lows of new parenthood, from reveling in her daughter's sweet smile to feeling like a "walking zombie" due to sleep deprivation. And in true form, Gretchen's also keeping it way real when it comes to spilling the details on her post-baby body and diet. 

In a July 31 Instagram Story, the Orange County beauty shared a video of herself with her shirt pulled up to expose her bare belly. Sharing that she went into labor at 170 pounds, and now weighs 145, Gretchen said, "I'm not even trying, you guys. Literally, I'm on no diet, I've been eating actually more than when I was pregnant, so go figure."

Gretchen continued, "I guess breastfeeding requires a lot of calories, and I'm hungry all the time. My mom's cooking all these home-cooked meals ... But I'm not pushing to try and lose weight. I'm eating more. I've actually been craving ice cream, and like Oreo cookies, and like random things. I shouldn't be eating these things but sometimes I'm craving them."
