Tamra Judge Reveals Her Exact Weight and What She Eats First Every Day to Maintain It

The Real Housewives of Orange County bodybuilder got specific about the daily diet that keeps her fit.

Tamra Judge may be serious about her fitness, but her approach is much more about sustainable habits than gimmicks: She recently told The Feast that she tried the Keto diet until it made her sick, and now she flat-out agrees with Jillian Michaels' controversial comments slamming it. Instead, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom told us that these days, "I don’t really follow any diet — I just follow a lifestyle." 

And now, she's sharing more about what that lifestyle looks like on the daily.

Tamra took some time out to respond to her Instagram followers' questions about her diet and fitness on Instagram — and she was perfectly candid.

"How much do you weigh and what height are you?" one follower asked. Tamra responded, "Funny you should ask. I weighed myself today. I rarely weigh myself. I'm 117 lbs 5'4."

As for the morning routine that maintains her high level of fitness, Tamra wrote, "Wake up around 5 am listen to Rick Warren Daily Hope [Christian radio broadcast] with a cup of coffee. Make a green shake, take Sophia to school and head to @cutfitoc."

But Tamra also knows that diets must bend so they don't break. "Do you ever have a full out cheat night?" one follower asked. "Yes I do," she wrote, over images of making s'mores over a tabletop flame.

For others who want to emulate her but don't know where to start, Tamra's advice: "Set a goal and challenge yourself. Stay away from processed foods. Make healthy eating a lifestyle. Don't starve yourself and find a workout you enjoy."
