Where Does RHOC Fitness Buff Tamra Judge Stand on the Celery Juice Diet Trend?

Kyle Richards swears by celery juice — claiming it works better for her skin than filler, keeping her looking as youthful as ever at age 50. Kim Kardashian also raves about celery juice for her skin condition — which is the same reason Vanderpump Rules pal Stassi Schroeder is willing to give it a try, despite her colorful description of its flavor.
So where does The Real Housewives of Orange County fitness guru Tamra Judge stand on the celery juice trend? She weighed in with the answer, when a fan asked her on Instagram to reply with her thoughts on what are likely the two most-discussed diet trends of our day: the Keto diet, and celery juice.
As for both of those, Tamra replied: "Not for me!!!! Of course you'll lose weight on keto because you're not eating carbs. We drink a green juice every morning. I stay away from trends."
She then shared the exact recipe for the green juice blend she whips up for health each morning — and yes, it does include celery, but that's not the exclusive ingredient.
Showing her green juice in a glass with a straw, she detailed exactly what's inside: lots of spinach, raw nuts, two dates, avocado, celery, apple, chia seed, and protein powder.
Tamra has previously expressed similar sentiments: She told The Feast that she tried the Keto diet until it made her sick, and now she flat-out agrees with Jillian Michaels' controversial comments slamming it. Instead, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom told us that these days, "I don’t really follow any diet — I just follow a lifestyle."
