Monique Samuels first met the ladies of The Real Housewives of Potomac at a drama-filled high tea, but that didn't scare her away from fascinators. The stylish Potomac mom spent the weekend in a ladylike floral blouse and skirt for an afternoon tea. Not only did she look like a princess in her topper from D.C.'s Bene Millinery, she also debuted a hairstyle with full-on fringe too. Bangs really suit Monique!
