Heather Gay's Fridge Is Stocked With Keto-Friendly, "Thoughtful" Snacks: See Inside

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member showed us the contents of her fridge, including the snack that makes her feel "fancy."

Heather Gay's fridge is stocked with her essentials for a ketogenic diet. As The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member explained in the video above, "Whenever I try to do Keto, we've got blue cheese dressing, some yogurt, some Babybel cheeses."

"Some" Babybel cheeses might be an understatement. As seen in the video, Heather has an entire drawer dedicated to the mini cheeses. "I'm a big fan of the Babybel cheese," she explained. "I feel, like, European and fancy when I take the little red rind off. There's just something about it that makes me feel like it's less impulsive of a snack and more of a thoughtful bite."

Previously, Heather admitted to that she tries "not to spend a lot of time in the kitchen"  because [she's] "not big on dishes or cooking." So naturally, her fridge is filled with foods that she and her kids can quickly prepare, including "hot dogs, tuna fish, microwave-ready bacon," and more.

To learn more about what's in Heather's fridge, including why she keeps canned beans in there, check out the video above!
