“Oh my god, John is going to kill me!” Lisa lamented about her husband John Barlow’s potential reaction to her losing a ring she noted cost "$60,000."

“My ring… it is totally gone,” Lisa explained in a confessional. “I am pulling up my jeans, and I feel my ring start to slip off my finger, and I felt like I caught it, and then I looked and I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh… my ring is missing.’ I literally stayed in that bathroom for at least 45 minutes. What a sh-t way to start this trip.” Lisa explained further in the episode that the ring had “sentimental” value, making it a more devastating loss.

During Part 1 of the RHOSLC Season 4 reunion, which aired on January 9, Lisa shared the backstory to the $60,000 ring — a story laden with even more "sentimental" details that caused the tequila mogul to almost break down crying.

Lisa Barlow tears up revealing why she was so upset about losing the $60,000 ring

During the reunion, host Andy Cohen questioned Lisa's castmate, Monica Garcia, about why she was "so annoyed" with Lisa "carrying on" about losing the piece of jewelry. "I have to assume if you had lost a $60,000 ring you'd be freaking out about it," he said.

"Lisa had every right to be upset about losing her ring," Monica began. "What I didn't like was that it was, '$60,000, $60,000, $60,000, $60,000.'"

Lisa then retorted by saying, "I only said the price three times."

The Utah mom continued to explain why the ring meant so much to her. "Everybody processes things differently, and for me, losing that [was] a big deal. [My son] Henry almost died after I had him and John [Barlow] gave me that ring, because I was like, 'I don't know if we're gonna be able to have more kids, I don't know if we're gonna have another kid.' That meant more than just a ring I had on my finger."

Lisa continued: "Every time I look at it ... we have our two beautiful babies [...] to me, it's a symbol. I get rings for different things at different times; that one was special to me. Just because I lost a ring and I'm upset about it doesn't mean I'm not relatable to the middle class, it doesn't mean I think I'm part of the one percent, it doesn't mean I think I'm better than anyone."

Though she may have lost the original ring, back in September, Lisa revealed she was able to get a new ring in its place

In the comments section of a video on Bravo's Instagram account, one person had an important question about the Salt Lake City mom’s missing jewelry.

“Did she replace her $60k ring?” the commenter asked, to which Lisa simply replied, “[Yes],” adding a red heart emoji to the mix.

While Lisa may be happen to have procured another piece of jewelry, elsewhere during the reunion she noted it "[didn't] feel the same."

"I have a new one. It doesn't feel the same. I don't think of it the same," Lisa lamented. "It looks good but ... I liked my other one and I want my other one."
