Get a New Look Inside Mary Cosby's Colorful & Unique 20,000-Square-Foot Home (VIDEO)

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Heather Gay gave her honest thoughts on Mary's home during her first visit.

By Cynthia Robinson & Jenny Berg

Back in 2021, Mary Cosby played the game "Defend Your Home" on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen where host Andy Cohen asked Mary to back up some of her unique furniture and decor choices. Though Mary defended a few pieces, like her "rainbow-print thrones" and mannequin heads, she admitted one thing needed to go: the "green carpet" in her living room.

How to Watch

As you can see in the video above, it looks like Mary is finally taking care of that green carpet situation. As for the other elements of her home, most of those colorful, unique, and extravagant details look like they're here to stay.

In addition to the above video, on Season 4, Episode 10 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, which aired on November 14, Heather Gay came to visit Mary's place for the first time — and she had some thoughts.

In the episode, Heather revealed to the RHOSLC friend that it was her "first time ever" visiting the Utah home. "When Mary invited me to come see where she lives there was no question," Heather stated during a confessional. "Grandpa Joe gets out of bed for two reasons: Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory and Mary Cosby's house tour."

She continued: "Mary's decor is exactly like Mary's personality, you never quite know what you're gonna get. Green carpet, Chanel pillows, Dr. Suess chairs from Whoville."

As Mary took Heather around the house, we saw all those incredible details, including the regal-looking, rainbow-colored chairs, the deep green carpeting (before she ended up getting it taken out, of course), colorful candies in big jars, numerous high-end fashions, a "Tiffany blue" kitchen, and much more.

In addition to her recent house tour, Mary has let us into her home to see more close-up details on a few occasions, including back in September when she shared an Instagram post from what appeared to be her bedroom. The post in question offered a peek at the most regal bed you can imagine.

In the September 6 Instagram post, Mary bopped her head in time to some music. She was sitting on a bed with a giant headboard that was hard to miss. The gilded fixture was so high that it nearly touched the ceiling. The bed was also accented with silky, tufted white fabric.

To add a little more regal flair, Mary was clad in shimmering purple sequins and layered gold necklaces. She wore her hair back in a bun, and her makeup featured winged eyeliner and burnt copper eyeshadows.

Though Mary’s recent Instagram dispatch shows off her most regal piece of furniture yet, palace-worthy decor is nothing new for the RHOSLC friend. You may recall her conducting an interview in front of these red-and-gold thrones in Season 2.
