It Turns Out Teresa Giudice and Ramona Singer Have More in Common Than They Thought
On The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, the two OGs found some unexpected common ground.
For Teresa Giudice and Ramona Singer, things got off to a bit of a rocky start. As the Housewives OGs embarked on the vacation of a lifetime on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, Ramona initially had some not-so-nice things to say about her Jersey-based cast mate. Luckily, when The Real Housewives of New York City mom got to actually meet The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member, the two quickly smoothed things over. In fact, it turns out the ladies have a lot more in common than they even knew.
"I'm just really impressed with you so much," Ramona told Teresa as the group enjoyed a heavenly yacht day in the show's second episode. The new realtor then asked the New York Times bestselling author what her first career was, and she was shocked at the answer.
"I was a buyer for Macy's," Teresa shared, to which Ramona replied: "Me too!" The women realized they had both worked in the same building in NYC's Herald Square, and they both specialized in handbags.
It gets even freakier: Later, Teresa explained, she went on to become "a sales rep for Calvin Klein handbags." Ramona, too, "went to the other side" and eventually worked for Calvin Klein sportswear.
"Now I know you're really smart, because to be a buyer for Macy's is major," the RHONY cast member concluded.
"It's crazy how much Ramona and I have in common," Teresa added. "She just needed to get to know me."
Who knew!
