Where Did the Real Housewives Stay in RHUGT Season 1? A Look at Triton Villa
It seemed no expense was spared at the 12,000-square-foot Turks and Caicos beachfront villa seen in Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 1.
Although there might have been some shade among the ladies in Season 1 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, their little piece of paradise was all sun, sand, and luxury.
Once shuttled from their private jet, The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Cynthia Bailey and Kenya Moore, The Real Housewives of New York City's Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps, The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards could hardly contain their excitement when arriving at Triton Luxury Villa in Turks and Caicos.
The seven-bedroom main house (plus four one-bedroom bungalows and a bedroom for guests’ own staff quarters) served as a backdrop for the booty shaking, phone sex, and drama during the week-long stay for the Housewives.
Tucked away behind the white dunes and turquoise waters of Long Bay Beach on Providenciales (or Provo, as commonly referred to by locals), the impressive two-acre estate is named for the mythological Greek god Triton, messenger of the sea, according to its website.
During their stay, guests can enjoy a multitude of fun activities, including kiteboarding and horseback riding, as seen on the show. Guests can also arrange luxury sailing and yacht charters, private yoga sessions, diving excursions, and more.
“The property features an outdoor movie theater with a fire pit, hot tub, two pools, private tennis and bocce ball courts, villa butler, chef, housekeeping, and one of the nicest beach-fronts on Long Bay,” according to the website. “With endless, unobstructed views of the world-famous turquoise waters of the Turks and Caicos islands.
The grand mansion was originally built as a passion project before French entrepreneur and investor Fabrice Grinda decided to sell his New York apartment in 2019 and purchase Triton Villa for a whopping $11.5 million. At the time, he described living a "hybrid life" between New York and the Caribbean.
"It allows me to spend a month in New York where I am intellectually, socially, professionally, and artistically stimulated beyond my wildest dreams," Grinda wrote in his blog. "But after a month, I admit I am exhausted, and the constant doing takes time away from thinking. That’s why I then love spending a month in the Caribbean where I can work during the day, kite, and play tennis and really take the time to read, be reflective, and recharge my batteries."
Triton Luxury Villa hasn’t only appealed to the Housewives. With nightly rates ranging between USD $8,000 with a four-night minimum stay and $29,000 with a seven-night minimum stay, the property caters to the “discerning tastes of the world’s most recognizable people” according to its website. It's also been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, and PEOPLE.

“Triton Luxury Villa is designed to capture what has been lost with most high-end Caribbean beach destinations; a sense of peace and calm with all the amenities you could come to expect from one of Turks and Caicos’ most elegant properties,” according to the website.
The estate is currently listed for sale with a $30 million price tag and is cited as “a globally recognized icon of Turks and Caicos.”
Per real estate broker Ian Hurdle, representing the Turks and Caicos real estate market for The Agency (founded by Mauricio Umansky, who also appeared in Season 1 of RHUGT), the villa boasts a heated glass-front, beach-facing pool, and “is about to undergo a metamorphosis into an even-more awe-inspiring architectural masterpiece.”
Of course, the Bravolebs were sad to leave, but there’s more luxury to come in Season 3 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, which takes place in Thailand and is streaming now on Peacock. New episodes drop Thursdays.
