Padma Lakshmi appeared to be flying in a video clip she recently shared on Instagram. The Top Chef judge let fans inside her workout routine — which incudes hoisting herself up in the air — and now we're inspired to book the next Pilates class we can find.

In the video, Padma looks like a total champ as she demonstrates her moves on a Pilates reformer with overhead bars. In a sleek, black-and-white outfit, the famous foodie first demonstrated a one-legged lunge of sorts. Next, she shared the clip that showed her hanging from the overhead bars, doing full-body pull-ups and holding a pose that defied gravity. No big deal. 

The workout looks equal parts fun and grueling, which is not a terrible way to burn calories. Take a peek (and be sure to scroll through the photos!)

In the caption, Padma wrote: "Putting in work," and added a peach emoji. And for once, we have a feeling that she wasn't alluding to a dish or providing recipe tips with that fruity sign.
