Brittany Cartwright Proves She's a DIY Queen with Her Beautiful Christmas Decor
The Vanderpump Rules SURver has mastered the art of creating affordable holiday flair at her house.
First-time homeowners Jax Taylor and his wife, Brittany Cartwright, have really gotten into the holiday spirit this year, decorating their $1.9 million home with Yuletide cheer from top to bottom. The Vanderpump Rules couple has taken loving care in furnishing their new place and landscaping the property so that it truly feels like their sanctuary, and it's already been a place where their friends and family happily gather.
They've got not one, but two Christmas trees rocking, all kinds of wreaths, and lots of Santas — there are even holiday-themed blankets and pillows on their couch, which is a great idea for having something you can easily store away and bring back out each year to quickly spruce up your home for the season.
Brittany has a lot of great ideas when it comes to subtly tweaking items to make them cooler. She shared the before-and-after of a quick hack she performed on her holiday poinsettias, which come with a slightly chintzy gold wrapping, to give them a more modern look
"Easy DIY," she wrote in her Instagram Stories. "Just wrap in burlap fabric and tie with yarn."
We thought she was done, but this may be the kind of activity that doesn't stop until the actual holidays are over. Keep the ideas coming, Brittany!
