Lala Kent's Trainer Details Her Pre-Wedding Fitness Routine with "Lots of Booty"
With her wedding on the way, the Vanderpump Rules beauty has amped up her workout regimen.
Lala Kent does play when it comes to her man, her family, and her booty. The Vanderpump Rules beauty is always showing her derrière love — be it through butt facials (yep, it’s totally a thing), appreciation selfies, or muscle-building workouts. Last summer, Lala revealed that one of her fitness goals was to achieve "a thick ass and thick thighs." And with her wedding on the way, the bride-to-be has amped up her workout routine with even more booty-busting exercises.
“We’re on a four-times-a-week regimen,” Lala's trainer, Jenna Willis, told Us Weekly. The Give Them Lala Beauty founder's routine consists of everything "from strength training and heavy lifting to HIIT circuits, resistance work, and often exercises that contain no weights at all,” Willis shared.
With their focus evenly distributed "between lower and upper body," Willis notes, Lala has built up plenty of strength in both areas. “When we started, Lala struggled to do eight assisted push-ups,” Willis said. Fast forward a month later, "she can now do three sets of 15 full push-ups,” the fitness pro revealed. Still, Lala's attention remains on her backside: “If you know Lala at all, you know there’s booty. Lots and lots of booty,” Willis shared.
In addition to her geared up fitness routine, Lala has given up drinking and smoking recently to help build a healthier lifestyle. The PumpRules hostess has also gone back to blonde ahead of her wedding. Although Lala has yet to reveal a date for the big day, the bride-to-be is clearly in full wedding prep mode.
