Lala Kent Says Her Trainer Jenna Willis Has "Changed My Life"

Vanderpump Rules beauty entrepreneur Lala Kent has been on a huge fitness kick this summer. "I've wanted a thick ass and thick thighs for a really long time," she said last month, and she's been working overtime in the gym with the results to show for it. She showed off her hard-earned curves and major abs in a bikini this month, but yesterday she shared how exercise and being active has been good for her mind, body, and soul.

Lala gave her trainer (and fellow actress) Jenna Willis a major shoutout, writing on Instagram: "Words can’t express how much @msjennawillis has changed my life. I’ve started traveling with her by my side to keep me in line with keeping this body right and most importantly my mind right. Working out brings a sense of peace to my life. Being active is one of the most important things to me."

She continued, saying: "Living life everyday is not a right, it’s a privilege. I want my future babies to see mama working hard to stay healthy. There’s my cheesy spill for the day."

We're going to say more inspiring than cheesy! Lala makes that rowing machine look like more fun than torture, too.

She wasn't kidding about traveling with her trainer either: here they are on a private jet, no big deal.
