In the Season 10 premiere, Katie and Schwartz attempt to maintain a friendship in the wake of their recent divorce. Lala finds herself reeling after shocking allegations are levied at her ex-fiancé. James introduces new girlfriend Ally to the rest of the group, but when his sobriety comes into question, he has to answer to Lisa Vanderpump. Tensions between Schwartz and Lala bubble over when one of them commits the ultimate act of betrayal.
