Katie Maloney Shows Off Her "Ambitious" Manicure for a Major Event
The Vanderpump Rules cast member shared details on her "chocolate glaze" nails during a special night out.
Katie Maloney has been continuously sporting eye-catching manicures lately, and for a recent major event, the Vanderpump Rules cast member rocked particularly "ambitious" nails.
On January 8, Katie shared a closer look at her nail choice for the Creative Arts Emmy Awards. "I applied these in the car on the way to the Emmys last night," Katie shared in her Instagram Story photo, showing her oval-shaped press-on nails, which are the chocolate glaze set from the Rudi Berry x Quickies collaboration. "It was one of the most ambitious applications I have ever attempted but I love this set."

Katie's brown nails completed her eye-catching look. For the special event, Katie donned a sparkly gold collared dress with a thigh-high slit and keep the buttons open to expose a lacy black bra. For her glam, Katie turned to "[makeup] wizard" Delsin DePuy, who gave her a smoky eyeshadow look complete with a subtle glittery eyeliner. "Beyond obsessed with this look."
Katie reflected on her Emmys experience in an Instagram Story video later that night. "It was so cool to attend an Emmy award presentation as a nominee," she wrote. "Like truly an honor. Life is great. So proud of our show and all the amazing talented people that work on it."
Katie shared similar feelings in July 2023, when it was announced that Vanderpump Rules was nominated in the Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program and Outstanding Picture Editing for an Unstructured Reality Program categories. “Y’all, I cannot believe Vanderpump Rules is nominated for two Emmys," she said in an Instagram Story video. "[It hasn’t] really fully sunk in, but it doesn’t even matter what happens after this.”
“This is the moment,” she continued. “And I’m just so proud of everyone that’s involved in our show and works on our show because they’re all so amazing… This is f-cking awesome.”

In a December 2023 Instagram Story, Katie opened up about her sense of style. "It varies (obviously) but it always depends on my mood," she wrote. "And I usually match my mood or try to invoke a mood."
She concluded: "It's [self-expression] and I just wear what I think is fun and FEELS GOOD [at] the time."
