Katie Maloney Shows Off Her Serene Balcony with Major “Desert Oasis” Vibes

As you can see in the clip above, Katie Maloney loves a good theme. So when it was time for the Vanderpump Rules cast member to decorate the outdoor area of her Valley Village apartment, she decided to take a different approach from her disco-themed interior.

In her words, the balcony has a “desert oasis” vibe, which features a geometric gray-and-white rug, a bamboo daybed, and a large Philodendron Hope plant. Each accessory complements the color scheme of the exterior perfectly while maximizing the quaint space.

In addition to her balcony, Katie also gave a glimpse at her “very full” closet filled with stylish clothes and an assortment of handbags. Katie even showed off her massive and impressive footwear collection. “I try to keep it organized… I have shoes in another room,” she says.

Since moving out of the home she shared with Tom Schwartz, Katie has been vocal about settling into her new place. Back in June, on an episode of her You’re Gonna Love Me podcast, Katie opened up about her moving process, sharing, “I’ve been having fun sort of planning what I want it to look like, what I want the vibes to be.” She continued, “I’ve, like, bought some new furniture. I’m doing little DIY projects. It’s coming together.”

As the clip above shows, Katie doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty. The soon-to-be sandwich shop owner explained how she repurposed one item in her living room to give it a new look. “I knew I wanted to do a media wall, so I had the bookshelves for years, bought doors, put them on there, painted everything one color.”
