We Have an Update on Lala Kent and Randall Emmett's Wedding Venue
After being forced to postpone their wedding, the Vanderpump Rules couple might be inching closer to their big day at a five-star resort in Newport Beach.
Lala Kent and Randall Emmett had set a wedding date, and they'd honed in on a stunning venue. Alas, their big plans for April 18 were postponed amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. And like many engaged couples weathering the unprecedented crisis, Lala and Randall are in wait-and-see mode when it comes to pinpointing an exact rain date.
When the Vanderpump Rules couple appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen: @ Home back in April (clip above), Randall said: "The update [on our wedding] is we had to postpone it till late July. We're gonna obviously wait and see how things go, June 1 reassess the situation ... We're optimistic and excited to get it onward and upward."
Since then, the couple's had at least one bit of promising news about their wedding venue, which is a five-star resort in Newport Beach. In a May 10 Instagram post, Randall shared: "Pelican Hill, finally re opened today! Which means we’re getting closer to a new wedding date!" We'll toast to that.
