SUR is closed for the time being, but its manager Peter Madrigal is still working the bar. In a recent Instagram post, the Vanderpump Rules friend shared a peek at his home bar, where he took it upon himself to whip up a summery cocktail for his 231,000 followers. 

The SURver's home setup, which he referred to in a caption as "my little bar," uses a window ledge as a liquor shelf. (And it's a decorative shelf: Note the owl statue.) There's also a marble-topped bar for Peter to work at. And work he did, whipping up a fruity cocktail that's made for sipping poolside. 

Inspired by a daiquiri, the drink contains sorbet, some fresh banana, a dash of lemon juice, and a couple ounces of rum. Actually, in self-quarantine days, you can add as much rum as you'd like: "I'm not driving," Peter pointed out. He's also shared instructions for making a health-conscious margarita.
