For a dreamy tea party celebrating her engagement in June, the SURver rocked a floral-print minidress with gorgeous, off-the-shoulder sleeves. And for a second engagement party in late July at Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez Valley, Raquel wore an incredible corset dress in a pistachio green hue.
With off-the-shoulder sleeves and an asymmetrical skirt with a high slit, the striking look helped Raquel carry on her tradition of eye-popping frocks. The former pageant queen wore her hair down in a wavy, side-swept lob. Raquel dusted her eyes with purple shadow, and wore a wine-hued gloss on her lips. In short, she looked like a goddess among the grape trees.
