Stassi Schroeder Tried to Make Dinner and the Results Are Hilarious
"It's like Barney the Dinosaur's food," Beau Clark noted of his fiancé's botched dinner.
Stassi Schroeder's husband-to-be, Beau Clark, has been known to whip up delightful dinners for two. He enjoys manning the stove so much, in fact, that he even created his own cooking show. But sometimes, Stassi takes dinnertime into her own hands. And though she recently mastered her mother's chicken pot pie recipe, as shown on Instagram Stories, the Vanderpump Rules cast member also had a chicken "fail" that she wasn't afraid to share.
It all started out innocently enough. "Attempting to make chicken Marsala," Stassi wrote, showing some seasoned chicken set out on her countertop as red onions simmered in a pan. But by the next post, the Next Level Basic author confessed that the whole thing had been a "FAIL."
Showing some violet-hued poultry, Stassi explained: "I tried to make chicken Marsala, and it's purple." As Beau bewilderedly looked at his plate, he had to say it: "It's like Barney the Dinosaur's food." Stassi let Beau know that he didn't have to eat the chicken, but she wanted him to at least try it. His review? Not exactly five-star.
"Um, it's ... purple. And I love the fact that you were cooking, Stassi. But, um ..." Um sounds about right:
It was a valiant attempt!
