The Vanderpump Rules couple have an enviable space for eating and entertaining at their gorgeous new house.
It's been quite fun to watch as Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz have furnished and decorated their first home together, which they purchased last year amidst a Vanderpump Rules real estate spree. Their friend Stassi Schroeder (who just became "homeowners AF" with her husband-to-be, Beau Clark) has joked that the outside of their home looks exactly the same as the outside of the houses that Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright and Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval bought, but Tom and Katie are definitely distinguishing their style and showing their personality inside their new space.
Case in point: They've even got a big hanging portrait of everyone's patron saint, Lisa Vanderpump!
And now, Katie has just showed enough of a glimpse of their huge kitchen and living area (which is, by the way, totally open concept!) on her Instagram Stories to give us some enduring envy — we love the industrial chandelier hanging overhead and the huge, marble-topped kitchen island that doubles as a dining area, thanks to some farmhouse-style kitchen stools. There's also a smaller wooden breakfast table paired with sleek black chairs and a colorful Southwestern-style patterned rug underneath.
What we wouldn't give to whip up and eat some goat cheese balls in that gorgeous kitchen!
