Jax Taylor celebrated his 40th birthday on July 11, and of course his wife, Brittany Cartwright, was by his side for all the festivities. But even as she took her hubs out to a white-tablecloth lunch, replete with a very fancy bottle of champagne, she looked back at birthdays of years past.
In a sweet Instagram snap, the Kentucky native shared a photo of her husband blowing out the candles on his birthday cake a few years ago. "First birthday we spent together!" she wrote. In the picture, Jax is about to blow out the candles on a cute blue-and-white cake.
Did he wish that someday he'd have another cake-filled occasion to share with his beautiful new GF? If so, it seems like that cake had some seriously special powers.
