Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright Had THREE Wedding Cakes: Here Are the Details
The Vanderpump Rules couple tied the knot in a fairytale-style setting with all the sweets one could dream of.
If you took the weekend off from social media, welcome back and here's what you missed: Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright are officially husband and wife! The Vanderpump Rules couple tied the knot during a beautiful ceremony at The Kentucky Castle, and a fittingly fairytale-style reception ensued.
In a tent strung up with hundreds of flowers, the couple treated their guests to a lavish dinner replete with filet mignon and chicken cordon bleu. (Don't worry: There was Taco Bell the night before.) They also fed each other bites of a white-frosted, flowery cake as guests looked on and cooed. But that wasn't the only cake at the dreamy affair.
A love story as sweet as Jax and Britt's deserves three cakes (peep the clip above), and that's just what the couple had. According to PEOPLE, Martine's Pastries whipped up multiple confections for the guests to nibble on.
The first? A three-tier, half-naked cake that was drizzled with blue-chocolate icing. (Fun fact: There was also blue champagne at the reception, to match the bridesmaids' gowns.) There was also a two-tier cake decked in edible gold leaf, and a cake iced in blue fondant, personalized with the couple's golden wedding monogram.
