Here's How Andy Cohen's Son Benjamin Really Feels About His "Brother" Wacha
The WWHL host gives an update on how his (human) son feels about his (fur) son.
Andy Cohen recently dished on Real Housewives reunions in an exclusive Bravo Insider video, first shared with Bravo Insider members, above. But that wasn't all he revealed: In the same "Ask a Bravolebrity" clip, one person asked how his rescue dog is doing now that baby Ben has arrived.
Without a moment's hesitation, the Watch What Happened Live with Andy Cohen host answered, "Really good," adding, "Ben is fascinated by Wacha."
Who wouldn't be fascinated by such a cute pup? It's totally common for babies to be captivated by furry family members, and vice versa.
According to the ASPCA, if you're adding a baby to a family that already includes a pet, it's important to make a plan before tot and doggie meet, by preparing your dog for this major lifestyle change and getting him experience with a baby's touch and movement. Then, after the little human arrives, it's important to reinforce with the child the proper respect to show the dog, too, so they both grow up to be the BFFs we're sure Wacha and Benjamin will be.
It seems likely that the Cohen family's training is already going well as Andy recently captioned a photo praising Wacha's intelligence.
"Today I learned my sandy-faced [dog emoji] seems to be smarter than my [baby emoji]! This makes me happy for my [dog emoji] ..." Andy shared.
Wacha must be one smart pup. He's already served on diaper patrol.
And he has been keeping a watchful eye on his "little brother" since Ben's arrival.
We can't wait for what we're hoping is an epic brother-brother Halloween costume this year!
