Andy King, Meet Andy Cohen! Fyre Fest Producer Extends Viral Run on WWHL
Andy King, who was willing to trade sexual favors for Evian water to save Fyre, rode his infamy all the way to the Clubhouse.
It was more than a month ago that we first met Andy King, producer of the doomed Fyre Festival, when he appeared in Netflix's documentary and deadpanned the story that spawned a million memes: He'd been willing to trade oral sex for $175,000 worth of Evian water bottles trapped at customs. But it turns out we still care about him, despite his 15 minutes long since expiring!
King continues to captivate our collective interest, after he became the Internet's lovable antihero for his admission — and he loves the Internet right back (even though he doesn't really use social media or know what a meme is). His newfound fame even triggered some water companies to come calling, hoping to get King as their pitch man. (Get it?!)
Well now, King's viral fame has brought him to a new pinnacle: All the way to the Clubhouse! Indeed, he made a February 26 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, as guest bartender.
(While there was no Evian in sight, we presume there was plenty of hydration happening here on the mainland where water can be had for a smaller investment.)
Hit play on the clip above to catch King, in all his V-neck sweater finery, tending bar behind the other Andy.
And yes, he even got to hobnob on the red carpet with such Bravolebs as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Dorit Kemsley, because that's what famous people do!
King, who's back to his day job in events, has quite the stories to tell... although perhaps none more jaw-dropping than the one that made him Internet famous.
