Harry Potter Fans Can Now Geek Out in a Fully Themed B&B

This might be the closest you'll get to a proper invitation to Hogwarts.

Sure, Harry Potter geeks already have plenty of options for totally immersive fan-inspired travel around the globe — not least a whole amusement park devoted to the on-theme experience. And now, in honor of Harry Potter's 20th anniversary, there's one more to try: a B&B inspired by his world.

The modest Llety Cynin B&B in Wales is getting major attention for its themed wizarding weekend with afternoon tea set in its makeshift Grand Hall.

The tea can be booked for children ($13) or adults ($20). And consider this: Kids who started reading the Potter series 20 years ago are adults now! So there's some serious all-ages appeal to the experience.

When you show up, you get sorted, obviously — it wouldn't be a real Harry Potter experience without finding out if you're a clever Ravenclaw or embarrassingly Slytherin.

Items on the children's menu include Not Pumpkin Juice, Chocolate Frogs, Sour Lollipops, and House Shortbread.

Adults get to indulge in Hot Butter Beer (hot milk, caramel, cinnamon and butterscotch syrup with cream and salted caramel pieces, with or without espresso), naturally. Other yummy, themey options include Screaming Baby Cakes, Gamekeepers Rock Cakes, and Treacle Tart.

Instead of the typical afternoon tea serving trays, the food comes out in owl cages. How approps.

The Harry Potter magic is available for a limited-time only — just throughout 2017 — and then it'll all be over. The hotel itself isn't the most luxurious of properties, by the way, so you'll want to be super into the Harry Potter theme to pay a special visit.

You can also buy an overnight family package which includes a room, use of the leisure club, the tea, and a copy of Harry Potter to take home — but if you're staying here... you have the box set already.
