Janet Jackson's family may be getting a whole lot bigger. The soon-to-be-50-year-old singer is pregnant with her first child, a source has confirmed to ET.
This news comes a month after Janet announced that she would be postponing her Unbreakable World Tour, which kicked off on August 31, in order to start a family with her husband Wissam Al Mana, who she secretly married in 2012.
"We're in the second leg of the tour, and there actually has been a sudden change. I thought it was important that you be the first to know. My husband and I are planning our family, so I'm gonna have to delay the tour," Janet revealed in a video posted on her social media accounts on April 6 (clip below). "Please, if you could try and understand that it's important that I do this now. I have to rest up. Doctor's orders. But I have not forgotten about you. I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can."
The "Rhythm Nation" singer has yet to officially announce her pregnancy herself, but she has been busy promoting her upcoming music video for her seemingly aptly titled single "Dammn Baby."
We can't wait to see Janet's latest creation. And yes, we do mean the baby.
