Michael Bublé and his wife Luisana Lopilato are sharing the heartbreaking news that their 3-year-old son Noah is battling cancer.
In a statement posted to the singer’s Facebook page, the couple wrote they are all fighting hard.
“Michael and Lu confirm son's illness:
We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah who is currently undergoing treatment in the US. We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children. Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well. At this difficult time, we ask only for your prayers and respect for our privacy. We have a long journey in front of us and hope that with the support of family, friends and fans around the world, we will win this battle, God willing.”
The singer appeared to be in high spirits last night as he appeared on BBC 1, with one fan commenting on how relaxed he looked while secretly dealing with the news.
“After watching you last night on BBC1 and thinking how happy and relaxed you looked I'm totally devastated for you today. My thoughts and prayers are with you all, please God Noah pulls through this and carries on to enjoy a full and happy life with his wonderful family,” he wrote.
Another said, “So so sorry but stay positive and believe...everything is going to be ok...my daughter is two and a half years in remission...miracles happen everyday...sending positive thoughts and love xxxxx.”
