Ever since Coach announced its collaboration with Selena Gomez back in February, we’ve been wondering what exactly that would look like. Because, well, we’re all thinking it: Coach is a sophisticated brand and Selena is … a former Disney star. A gorgeous one, whose style evolution is nothing short of genius and whose songs we sing along to in the car … but still, she’s a former Disney star.

Now that we’ve seen the goods, any doubts we had have disappeared, because the Selena Grace bag — which the singer/actress designed with the brand’s creative director Stuart Vevers — is a beautiful purse for grown a$$ women. With nary a chain, stud, or Mickey Mouse ear logo to be found, the bag is elegant, something you could take to a business meeting, shopping around town or to a fancy dinner with girlfriends.
