Now this is how you throw a pizza party.
With thousands of government employees in furlough following the shutdown, Bryan Voltaggio is coming to the rescue: he's offering employees free pizza at his Washington, D.C. restaurant Range.
The Top Chef Masters star announced on Twitter he'll be giving away free "Government Cheese" pies (it's actually a margarita pizza) to anyone that shows up with a government ID. But there's one key catch: he's banned members of Congress from the promotion until "they get their s--- together."
Forgot to mention... members of congress not eligible until you get your shit together on the Govt. Cheese pizza give away @VOLT_RANGE

No word if John Boehner showed up for some free grub...
Bryan Voltaggio, please don't take sides in this matter, serve no WH staff either, a pox on both their homes.
It is unprecedented, in the entirety of our history, that the House has decided to not fund the federal government as a way to overturn a piece of legislation that was drafted by Congress, signed by the President and found constitution by the Supreme Court. But, Bryan, please don’t take sides.
The House believes they can get away with this, politically, because they assume that the American public isn’t well enough educated to understand what they’ve done. And that our supposedly free press is too cowardly and/or lazy to explain it.
