Dante and Rhett have caught on.

The Most Popular Baby Names of 2017 (so far) are in. The half-year popularity list is calculated by looking at traffic data to gauge which names were viewed most often by Nameberry visitors in the first half of 2017.

For boys, Kane, Magnus, Arlo, and Cassius made the list of popular names, along with Theodore, which is new to the top ten, likely because Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s son is in the spotlight. Charlie, Everett, Dante, Lucas, Rhett, Jonathan, and Xander were also towards the top.

For girls, Olivia, Amelia, and Charlotte topped the list, along with Evelyn, Penelope, and Eleanor. New to the list were Celeste, Ines, Fiona, Saskia and Alexandra.
