O.J. Simpson was just paroled from a Nevada prison last month, but he's already been banned from one of the Las Vegas Boulevard Strip's most glittering and celeb-studded casino resorts, according to his lawyer.
The attorney, Attorney Malcolm LaVergne, told the Associated Press on Thursday that O.J. got a trespass notice from The Cosmopolitan on Wednesday. While some reports claim that the former football star was drunk or belligerent during a visit to the property — Fox News notes a "drunken disturbance" and the sun noted the notorious parolee was "drunk and disruptive" — LaVergne claims any such reports are false.
He says O.J. wasn't even provided a reason for the ban, and that O.J. contacted his parole officer to undergo drug and alcohol testing, which came out negative.
The hotel in a statement says it does not comment on it guests, according to USA Today.
Currently, O.J. is living in a gated community in Las Vegas.
