I feel terrible about what happened to Spirit and I feel for Chaz who has been very hurt by her passing. He truly believes that Spirit was a sign from God or the universe, sent to guide him to the Cole compound.
The Cole property has served Chaz well over the years. The equity he has built in the property helped him to finance his Wen hair product business which has grown into an extremely successful company. Chaz is a very generous man, and with his success he has helped a lot of people and donated to many charitable organizations.
I regret joking about Spirit living on the property, but I did express genuine concern over her safety and well-being. I was also concerned about the reputation of what has become a prestigious high-end salon.

Jeff,
All I can say is that you are my hero. I LOVE your show! I hate that you and Ryan are having problems. I love you both and hope in time things will mend between you two. Your history together is like none other. Thanks for making us laugh. One thing I would recommend but I know it makes the show more interesting, is to lay off Zoila just a tad bit lol....and for the ones that do not abide by your potty breaks, get a Porty potty for them. Bet they would wish they would have listened lol...Love you ....Jan P.S. Love you too Jenni....

Love the show, Jeff. I'm a huge fan of dark, neurotic comedy. I'm also a writer, and I'd kill to create characters like yourself and the rest of the Flipping Out gang. You are, by far, the most interesting person on television right now. Keep it up!

Hi Jeff,
I hope you and Ryan can come to a common ground and become friends again. Remember that relationships require compromise. Sometimes we don't always get what we're looking for when we compromise, but in the long run it's worth it to keep your friend.

I loved your humor from day one on the first season, because it's a lot like mine.
I love Zoila too, she is very entertaining, its the Nicaraguan in her. I know this because I am Nicaraguan too. I would love to come work for you for a day and meet Zoila, think about it... a day with two crazy Nicaraguans.Take care.

Jeff,
This issue with Ryan must be a terrible blow. With his wanting to move further away and directing business to himself, it seems he doesn't want anything to do with you anymore. That is so sad. I love YOUR show and I wish you much success. Stand your ground with Ryan and don't let him bully you into an apology. Your are the one that deserves an apology.

This show is great!! It makes my week! My wife and I watch this show every week. Jeff has a great personality that I admire. Though, he is straight to the point. He gets things done and actually has quite a sense of humor. If more people approached their work like he does. They would be a successful as he is. The personalities of all the cast works so well together. I usually do not like reality shows. Though, THE FLIPPING OUT SHOW ROCKS!! My wife and I were wondering…we have not heard anything about season 4. Please tell me that there will be a season 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a huge fan, it's about time we see a control freak being himself with no apologies! Most people are like Jeff with a clear view of how to do things, HIS WAY, done to perfection. His humor is hysterically funny. I love this show, please keep Jenni & Zoila!

Hello Jeff - my wife and I LOVE your show and can't wait until next season. In fact you are a lot like my mother-in-law, she has over 25 years in the (Final Touch) business and is very creative like you. We have been fans since day one and want you to know that we agree with the way you handled Ryan. He had NO right using you like that to build his on empire and wealth!!! Forgive him in your heart and move on to bigger and better things that is in your future....
Ryan will come around again because you could see it in his eyes and actions that he deceived you. He can't carry that guilt around forever. He will reach out to you to give you your apology and then you can control the relationship how you see fit.
Good luck and God Bless,
Your Texas Fans

I LOVE YOU JEFF. Your reunion show was touching. I felt for you. I enjoy your humor and wish others didn't feel so hurt by it. I personally would just assume you're joking if it were me.
I hope there is smoother sailing in your next season. Tell Jenni girl I loved her rap on Andy's "What What Happens Next." Loved it.
I love Zoila's chutzpah. Did I spell that correctly? I am so looking forward to your next season. I'm a new viewer, but I find you captivating. Can we get a print of your painting?

Jeff,
In watching your show I feel that you are struggling in knowing just who you are. Let me tell you, you a child of God! He loves you so very much that he sent his son, Jesus Christ to die for you..so you see Jeff, it has nothing to do with karma! It is just beleiving in Jesus and knowing that He is in control of everything.Just trust Him and I guarantee that your life will change. You are a sweet person and you have such a charm about you....you can use that for His kingdom. In Hebrews 13:5...Jesus says, I will NEVER leave you and I will NEVER forsake you....that is a promise from Him. Just trust in Him and beleive Jeff. I will be praying for you. God Bless!

You realize that you'll lose Jennie soon, don't you?
She's too talented as an entertainer. She must have the worst agent in the universe not to have gotten a gig by now.
I can see her as a daytime TV host or maybe even talk radio...possibly even a cast member of a weekly comedy series (where, versus Flipping Out, she can get paid.)

Jeff,
The issue between you and Ryan really hit home for me, due to a similar situation in my own life 3 years ago. A friendship was lost over hurtful behavior and angry words. We didn't speak for 3 years. Just recently we have begun repairing the friendship. What happened still hurts me, but even just the attempt to fix things has made such a difference in my life. It no longer hangs over me like a dark cloud every day. Give it time. You may think now that you will never be friends again, but that can change. Best of luck.

I feel compelled to ask - why didn't you take your father's advice an hire a mediator to work with you and Ryan? You obviously admire your father and you asked him for advice but the best nugget he proved seemed to be cast aside. Just my observation.

Hey Jeff , Hang in there , do remember life is short so forgiveness is very important. You are an asset to the show and so I hope you and Ryan can somehow come to an understanding and work this out. I will be writing this on his blog also.. I feel this is 50-50 and you both need to swallow some pride, esp. for Chloe. I own my own business and I know there are gray areas, and thats what I feel has happened. Please for everyone's sake talk to Ryan, even if he is very hard to talk too, in the end is this worth it??. CHLOE comes out as the one who loses.

Hello boys!
What a tear jerker- you two. Jeff & Ryan- I understand you are both different people....but to see the way Jeff was crushed and even Ryan looked devastated...sometimes you need to move on, for the better or worse. Jeff- you moved me to tears and I really was crushed during your outbreak of sincerity. I wish you all of the best- whatever the future may bring. Some friends need to be let go and others,,,well; just hold on tight. I think sometimes you just figure out who should be lost and those who you should never let go.

Jeff, I love your show. As for your situation with Ryan I think you should really weigh the damage with the loss and see where you end up. Many times in our lives people do things that we both despise and resent but they also bring something unique to our lives that only that individual can bring. Search your feeling, I know ypou have deep feelings and realize that all friends are important, each bring something to the table that helps us grow and make us the people we are. you guys are all awesome and I cant wait till season 4.

Jeff .. I have to say that I LOVE LOVE your show. My husband is such a reality whore but let me tell you, this one is great! I have to say that I started watching towards the end of this season and fell into all the drama with Ryan. You had me in tears on Tuesday's finale. Your poured your heart out and cannot believe that Ryan sat there and still denied it. You gave him the benefit of the doubt to the very end and you were willing to forgive him after everything that was said and done. WOW!! You are an amazing person and I really felt for you that day. I have worked for very specific, maticulous owners and you surely remind me of them. Yu have qualities that people dream and desire. Jenni and you are a perfect match! I am a supporter and the day I have $$ I will certainly contact you to help us in our home. I want Jeff Lewis in my entire home! By the way, if you have any openings for a house keeper, my momma is available. Have a good one and see you next season!!!!

Jeff,
You NEED to have a t-shirt made saying, "This is going to be a Jeff Lewis Day". Either way you look at it, it's hilarious! You are hilarious and the most GENUINE people to ever be viewed on reality TV. The way you allowed yourself to be viewed in such a vulnerable manner speaks highly for you as a human being. Ryan needs to remember THAT! There's a reason he once loved you, it's obvious he still does. Hang in there, your work is brilliant and your show is my favorite!

So Jeff I love you and your attics. Here is a question for you. Will you come to Atlanta and give me some make over suggestions? I would so love to get your ideas.
Also switch gears on the show where you reviewed this last session did you make that up about the amount of time someone does number two in our home? That was classic as you counted down how many minutes someone has or does not has to do number two....what a riot!Hugs,

I love the show. I watched this weeks new episode with Jeff and Ryan. It was very emotional and tense. I just wish they would work it out. Jeff should forgive and both apologize and move on and continue to best friends, life is to short. Please make up and move forward. Jeff I love all your homes you designed and the furniture and more. If I lived on the West Coast I would use you as my designer. Your so funny and love all your friends.

Hi Jeff,
I just love your show. Please do not let your friendship go with Ryan, just don't work with him anymore. It's very clear that you are hurt by his actions but you have to put that behind you. Be a better person and step up to the plate to get your friendship going again. Life is too short!

I love you Jeff, i think you are wonderful. I hope someday you can let go of your hurt with Ryan , exp for sake of Chloe, nothing is more important than the love you have for a child and she needs you in her life too. I hope you and Ryan are willing to patch your friendship eventually. You and Ryan need time to heal. Dont wait too long though. In the meantime, you should still be in touch with Chloe. Jeff,
I've enjoyed your show for the past three seasons and look forward to the next one. If I could afford you, I would hire you!
I wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I wish the best for you and Ryan. Last night's reunion was very sad, even for those of us who only know you guys through they show we watch every week. I firmly believe that time can heal wounds and that there is hope for your friendship. I know it is difficult to step aside from something like this to get a different perspective. Pain can blind you. But I hope than in time you can both step back and (away from cameras) have a conversation in which you are able to listen to each other without judgment. In the end, once the pain is gone, you will be able to agree to disagree and move on.
Real friends are very difficult to find, particularly for someone who doesn't open up easily as you said. I have only the best hopes for both of you.

Your difficulty with Ryan resonated with me. I am writing this because I empathize with your situation but want you to look at the bigger picture.
I worked with my best friend and it ended terribly. The separation was beyond painful. We were both hurt and like you, we both felt we were right. We didn't speak for ten years.
Year 10, I found out through a mutual friend that my once best friend had a daughter and the baby died shortly after birth. I was pained by this news. As right as I felt about our differences, I reached out to her.
I simply sent a sympathy card with some heartfelt words. She responded with a phone call. I told her it really didn't matter what happened in the past. Some things just trump others (My ego needs paled in comparison to the loss of her child.) We both agreed we could have handled things differently. We gradually repaired our friendship.
Agree to disagree. You are both hurt and need to communicate. If communication had been better on both your parts to begin with, you would be in a very different place today. Don't wait ten years or for a tragic loss to repair your relationship. Reaching out was the best thing I ever did. Granted, we both needed some time to lick our wounds, but in hindsight I wish I had made the move sooner. My ego was in the way. Good luck and I mean that sincerely.

Last night's episode was very sad.... and disapointing because I thought that maybe there was a chance that you and Ryan would patch things up. But it didn't happen. I can't believe I am writing, but I also can't believe Jeff almost brought me to tears last night. Jeff, no matter what, you can't lose your best friend. You have to look past everything, and though you may have some serious trust issues initially, Ryan is in your life forever. We've all been there at one point or another, and it comes down to what you really need in life. You need your family and you need your friends. Ryan is both of those things. Life is too short.

Wow. Those of you offering up eggs, your services and business via Bravo post are hilarious.
I saw the reunion, and my gut tells me that you aren't wrong about what you are feeling about Ryan. I went through a similar situation with one of my closest friends, and if you could take the structure of your argument last night and compare it to the one I had, it would have been identical.
I wish you and Ryan all the best, and I don't know how you respond with such an outpouring of love...you're probably cringing right now. Perhaps another bout of food poisoning might cleanse out your system and give Zoila the freedom to run your house.

Jeff, I find it odd that I enjoy your show so much. I can relate to you on so many levels, but we are very different in life. I"M A 38 YR. old house dad in Florida. Think you should try to patch things up with Ryan, as well, he should with you.For the good of the family that you are all a part of. You funny as hell!!!Can't wait for season 4.

Only Forgiveness will set you free.
I pray that you and Ryan each forgive each other and let go of your stubbornness.
All this angst is not worth it. I truly believe that God asks us to forgive in order to live a more fulfilling life.
Best to you, Ryan and the Flipping Out cast :)

Jeff you are so awesome! I hope I can work with someone as driven as you one day. Hang in there, Ryan will come around and if not, everything will work out the way it is meant to. Good luck with your new boyfriend :)

I'm not a big fan of TV, but your show has me hooked. I've gotten several of my friends addicted as well and we are all anticipating season 4. Thanks for all the laughs and for sharing your reality. Best wishes for the future.

There are very rare times in a person's life that can be described as defining moments. I believe what I, and countless others saw play out last night was one of those moments. They are often times not easy and they are rarely comforting. Like you said last night, you have very little proof but what you do have is your certainty and at the end of the day, that is all you need. Understand that when "eras" end, new ones begin. Chin up...
Here's to new beginnings.

LOVE the show, LOVE the team and LOOOOVE Jeff!!!
The reunion show was intense. Feel for you losing your best friend… One of the toughest things to go through in life, no? It’s happening to me too. :(
I think you are the only real character in reality TV these days. I looked forward to Tuesday night at 10 to watch your show. It was the highlight of my week. Counting the days to season 4.
Jeff, you are loved and understood!

Jeff,
Love your show, there has to be a season 4. I never thought I
would become addicted to a reality show, but I have. I think
Zoila is the funniest. Don't feel bad, I laugh when I see
someone fall, guess that is our demented sense of humor. I
laughed along with you about the spider exterminating problem.
You have a great sense of humor, and a caring and sensitive person.

Dammmnn. Everyone has already said it all! I love y'all and wish Bravo would extend your season, could you do a two hour Christmas special or some little something to tide us over until you return??? I am sorry about Ryan, but things happen for a reason. Give it to the Universe honey, and set yourself free!

I'm very sorry for your situation with Ryan. Things do appear to be strange concerning some of the things he or his staff did. Anyway, I would encourage both of you to try to work it out because this is something that will not heal if you really mean as much to each other as you both claim to. Don't focus so much on being the right or wrong person. Love is about forgiveness even when you don't feel that the other person has completly owned up to his role in the situation that troubles you. I wish you both the best, and hope one of you does the job of mending the breaks in your relationship even if it means being the one to say sorry for something you don't think you did wrong.

Here's what nobody says about Jeff Lewis and I can say it because I had a boss even worse than him for 13 years. For all his craziness, compulsiveness, nit-picking, inappropriate behavior and looniness - he would still be a great boss. I had a boss so much WORSE than him. He was very eccentric, yet the best in his profession, indeed, brilliant. My former boss drove me crazy AND protected me when my marriage broke up, worried about my IRA/retirement (matching all my contributions plus bonuses) and paid for all my classes for my chosen career transition when he retired. I can make strangers laugh 'til they cry telling old work stories, but I'm always sure to say I respect and love my old boss. He's still the person I'd call first to share joys or tragedies. So Jeff, stay true to yourself. I get you as do all your fans on this blog. Bon chance. See you in Season 4!

Jeff I just watched the show today for the first time. I gotta tell you, I'm hooked. You have the gift of bringing out all our emotions. I mean I was laughing, teary eyed, angry, etc. all in 30 minutes. The talented people who work with you are also a joy. I hope Bravo continues to give you more seasons. Keep up the good work. I'll keep watching.

Hi Jeff
I wanted to comment on last night's show and the meeting of you and Ryan.
It was clear how much Ryan meant to you as a friend and how much you meant to Ryan. Your friendship with Ryan is being viewed by the world so you will get comments from people who don't know you and really don't know the entire situation. My hope for both of you will have a moment alone to talk. What happens to the future of your relationship is between you and Ryan and I wish you both the best. I respect your talents in real estate and I am looking forward to watching you in the future.
Peace,
Patti, Austin, TX

Jeff,
Truly feel the pain and loss of losing your best friend. You already possess what will sustain you, your humor and entertaining and supportive friends around you. I too enjoy people around me who do not mind being silly just to make me laugh. Perhaps of game of Twister is needed.

Jeff: you and ryan have been through too much together to let this ruin your friendship. Forgive and forget. Besides, I don't think either one of you is hurting for money or standing in a soup line somewhere. Remember, the love of money is the root of all evil. Is it worth never seeing Chloe again???
